Hualalai Resort Fees and Availability
Daily resort fees are not included in the rental rate. These fees are only required if you choose to access Hualalai Resort amenities, and are not necessary to book this vacation rental. Restaurants are available without paying the additional resort fee but subject to availability. Reservations are often needed.
If you would like access to the Resort's amenities, a daily fee applies for each guest and ranges from $75 to $230 per person (plus tax). Resort access must be for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, and all guests in the home must opt in. These fees are paid directly to the Resort.
Please note: The Resort is a separate entity from Beyond Sunset and manages its own amenities, fees, policies, and restaurant reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed with us, we will provide your contact information to the Resort. They will then reach out to you to coordinate your preferences for amenities access.
