Tessa brings more than twenty-five years of experience leading teams, managing operations, and building businesses across industries including finance, education, hospitality, health, and wellness. Known for her ability to create efficient systems while maintaining a high standard of presentation and care, she has overseen hundreds of employees throughout her career.
In Kona, Hawaii, Tessa built and operated the successful fitness studio The FitXChange while raising two daughters and continuing to expand her entrepreneurial background. In 2020, she became a published author under the pseudonym Tessa Van Wade.
Alongside her husband, Ben, Tessa has also spent nearly three decades remodeling and improving homes, developing a hands-on understanding of property operations, project coordination, and long-term asset care.

Ben brings decades of experience in project management, operations, and high-end construction oversight across both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Throughout his career, he has led complex projects with a hands-on approach grounded in organization, accountability, and craftsmanship.
As a journeyman carpenter, Ben is known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality execution at every level of a project. His background spans luxury residential construction, operational leadership, vendor coordination, and project oversight, allowing him to manage both the big-picture vision and the finer details that define exceptional work.
Ben believes strongly in servant leadership and approaches every client relationship with integrity, care, and professionalism. His philosophy is simple: every property, project, and client deserves to be treated with respect, transparency, and personal attention.
While earning his Master’s degree in Human and Organizational Management, Ben and Tessa spent several years living in Los Angeles as newlyweds and college students. High school sweethearts, they have now built a life together spanning nearly three decades while raising two daughters and continuing to build businesses, homes, and projects side by side.
