Ben has served in dedicated project-management roles throughout his career, coordinating schedules, trades, vendors, logistics, and execution across complex projects. Tessa brings an entrepreneurial and hospitality background centered around leading teams, anticipating needs, solving problems, and managing the countless details that turn an idea into a beautifully executed experience.
