Hualalai Pakui Pua Private Estate 107

Tucked within the coveted Kauhale enclave of Hualālai Resort, Pakui Pua Estate offers an effortless blend of privacy, comfort, and island elegance. The expansive primary suite captures sweeping views of the Pacific and Maui, while a secluded outdoor lava rock shower creates a spa-like experience surrounded by tropical greenery.

At the heart of the home, the chef’s kitchen invites connection and relaxation with its oversized wraparound bar, generous gathering spaces, and picturesque garden and ocean vistas. Outside, the resort-style pool overlooks the Ke‘olu Golf Course, creating a peaceful backdrop for long afternoons under the Hawaiian sun. Families will appreciate the nearby neighborhood park just across the street, offering a perfect space for children to play.

The spacious lanai is ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets, with cool ocean breezes flowing through lush landscaped grounds. Two private golf carts make it easy to explore Hualālai Resort and enjoy convenient access to Four Seasons amenities, including white sand beaches, championship golf, fine dining, and world-class spa experiences.

Designed as a serene island retreat, this exceptional residence delivers the ultimate Hawaiian resort lifestyle in one of Kona’s most sought-after communities.

The Kona–Kohala Coast is at its most beautiful here, where the dry golden landscape meets the green fairways of Hualālai and the afternoon sun slowly settles toward the Pacific. Pakui Street Estate sits perfectly within that setting, a single-level Hawaiian retreat designed around effortless indoor-outdoor living. The great room opens nearly wall to wall onto the private pool, lawn, and expansive lanai, with views stretching across the golf course toward the ocean beyond.

Three ensuite bedrooms offer private retreats of their own, while an additional den with a Twin bed and pullout provides something especially valuable at Hualālai: extra sleeping flexibility beyond what is typically found in a three-bedroom home. It's an ideal arrangement for extended families, multigenerational vacations, or groups who simply appreciate having a little more room to spread out.

Living, Dining, and Kitchen

Inside, soaring koa wood ceilings bring warmth and unmistakable Hawaiian character to the home's open great room. Pocketing glass doors slide completely away, allowing the living room, dining area, kitchen, and lanai to function as one expansive space open to the trade winds.

The kitchen carries the same warm wood tones and handcrafted details, with generous preparation space and counter seating that keeps everyone together while meals are being prepared. From morning coffee to dinner after a day at the beach, the layout makes gathering easy — and with the pool only steps away, no one is ever very far from the water.

The additional den provides another comfortable space to retreat, read, watch a movie, or accommodate extra guests. With a Twin bed and pullout, it gives families greater flexibility when deciding who sleeps where and allows the home to comfortably welcome larger groups than many traditional three-bedroom villas.

Outdoor Living

Outside is where much of life at Pakui Street Estate naturally unfolds.

The private pool sits at the center of the manicured lawn, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping with the fairway stretching beyond. The expansive covered lanai provides plenty of shade throughout the day, making it as inviting for a quiet morning coffee as it is for an afternoon spent lounging beside the pool.

At one end, the built-in grill and custom stone bar make outdoor cooking part of the gathering. Nearby, the dining table is ready for long dinners outside, while comfortable lounge seating offers the perfect place to settle in as afternoon turns to evening.

When the sky begins to turn shades of gold and orange, everyone seems to make their way back to the lanai. Light spills across the fairway, the coastline begins to silhouette against the Pacific, and the stone firepit becomes the natural gathering place for the rest of the evening.

Beyond the Resort

Hualālai's location puts some of the best of Hawaiʻi Island remarkably close while still feeling wonderfully removed from everything.

Kona International Airport (KOA) is approximately 10 minutes away, making arrival easy and allowing vacation to begin almost immediately. Kailua-Kona, with its waterfront restaurants, farmers markets, boutiques, and historic sites, is approximately 20 minutes from the resort. Waikoloa and its additional shopping and resort amenities are also about a 20-minute drive.

For a day at the beach, the brilliant blue water of Kua Bay is approximately 10 minutes away, while expansive Hāpuna Beach is roughly 25 minutes north.

Those ready to explore farther can venture toward the Mauna Kea Visitor Information Station, approximately 70 minutes away, or spend a day discovering Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park, roughly two hours from the resort.

And tucked into the cooler elevations above the Kona Coast is the island's legendary coffee country — an easy scenic drive through one of Hawaiʻi's most beautiful and distinctive landscapes.
